Hours of Operation:

We are open to serve you weekdays between 9:00am-5:00pm.

If you have an emergency that just cannot wait, feel free to call between 8:00am-6:00pm weekdays, 10:00am-3:00pm Saturdays.

Terms of Service:

Here is some basic information about our company that you may need to know:

1. All hardware and software sales require a 50% deposit at the time of order with the remaining balance due upon delivery.

2. New accounts require payment at time of service. All consultation invoices are due upon receipt.

3. Billing is based on a one hour minimum service call for each new visit, a follow up visit for the same issue will be a 30 minute minimum service call. After the minimum, calls are rounded up to the next quarter hour.

4. Emergency visits: On occasion, a client will have an emergency that cannot wait until the next open (one-hour) appointment time-slot occurs. To insure that the emergency is handled as quickly as possible, an AS Consulting representative will strive to fit the client into the current schedule ASAP. When this happens, the client will be billed for the one hour minimum, even if the service call ends up being less than one hour.

5. Phone consultation for our clients is always provided free of charge for the first 5 minutes, and is rounded up to the nearest quarter hour after that.

6. While there is no charge for drive time, within our coverage area, we do bill from time "out of car", to "time back in car". Please be aware of this if available parking is far from your location.
